The laboratories are well equipped with adequate facilities and more facilities are been provided to the institute from time to time.
For academic improvement the following mechanisms are introduced:
1. Frequent meeting of Academic committee comprise of faculty members
Board meeting - thrice in a year i.e. February, August & November
2. Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/ improvements through:
a. Demonstration Class
b. Doubt Clearing Class and tutorial classes through teaching aids, materials, charts, models etc.
c. Growing for placement purpose
3. Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance
a. Complaints are accepted from students / faculty / staff members
b. Faculty and students are placed in various committee like admission committee, placement committee, students activities and library committee for suggestion and to make action plans.
4. Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance
a. Immediately after class test and
b. After the class is over
5. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
Through a committee which consists of :
1. Chairman - Nominated by the President/ Vice-Chancellor, SOAU
2. Dean- Member Secretary, SPS
3. Faculty (Nominee on seniority) - Member
4. Nominee of Non-teaching staff on seniority – Member
5. Student Representative on nomination – Member
